At this time we are only taking registrations for Master Gardeners. However, registered attendees can bring their guests to a few of the events.

How to Register

There are two ways to register. Click on the below links to open the page for either online registration or registering by check via US mail.  See the below linked registration pages for prices.

Early Registration: Is available from October 21, 2017 to March 18, 2018. For your early registration to be accepted, the post mark on your registration envelope must be post marked no later than midnight, March 18, 2018.

Standard Registration: Starts March 19, 2018 and ends August 31, 2018, or until all tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.

Guest Tickets for Friday Night Reception at Casa San Ysidro: The Friday night reception is covered in the registration cost. You are welcome to bring ONE guest at an additional charge. {Not appropriate for children.}

Tickets for Saturday Night Dinner at Viñedo Pájaro Azul: Tickets are available for you and ONE guest. {Not appropriate for children.}

Refunds:  Refunds are available up to May 1, 2018. All refunds are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Please Contact Us if you are requesting a refund.


We are pleased to offer the Marriott Pyramid North as our official conference site and hotel. The conference committee has negotiated discounted rates for hotel rooms.
