The 2018 New Mexico Master Gardeners Program is excitedly preparing for its upcoming conference in Sandoval and Bernalillo Counties, New Mexico. This three-day educational event is expected to be attended by almost 200 active New Mexico Master Gardener volunteers from across the state.
|Who are New Mexico Master Gardener Volunteers?|
New Mexico Master Gardener volunteers are extensively trained through New Mexico State University on sustainable landscaping, food gardening, water conservation, and community well-being. These volunteers are respected teachers and leaders in their communities on home gardening and sustainable landscaping practices. New Mexico Master Gardeners typically live an active lifestyle, are outdoor enthusiasts, and most importantly are leaders in their communities. New Mexico Master Gardeners teach best gardening practices to underserved populations, schools, community gardens, senior centers, and so much more. With New Mexico Master Gardener 1,300 volunteers making over 60,000 face-to-face contacts a year in New Mexico, the conference welcome bag is the perfect way to gain visibility with your target market!
